Can you offer recommendations to cut costs?
Of course.
Cutting costs is one of our greatest strengths.
If you have a desired price, please let us know when requesting a quote.
We will come up with ideas by considering various aspects to make a recommendation.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
In principle, in-stock items will be shipped on the following day.
In case of an urgent order., we may be able to ship it on the same day if you order before noon.
For made-to-order products, this will vary depending on the conditions.
As a guideline, it takes approximately 7 working days from the first talks to final agreement, and approximately 7 to 14 days from start of production to delivery.
Can we have a factory tour?
Yes, factory tours are possible.
Basically, factory tours are conducted on the premise of doing business with us, but you are welcome to visit.

Where do you produce your products?
We produce our products in Indonesia and at our factory in Japan.
Our ability to reduce production capacity-related risks by taking into consideration how the product is made, production volumes, delivery location, and the area of expertise of each factory also means we are able to mass produce products.
